8. HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The reservation facility available through the Site is provided solely to enable customers to check availability and make legitimate reservations for accommodation and related hospitality services offered by The Gallery Group.
By making a reservation, you confirm that:
- You are legally competent and authorised to enter into the reservation;
- The information provided by you is accurate and complete;
- You agree to pay all applicable charges, fees, taxes, and other amounts associated with your booking;

Hotel reservation, cancellation, modification, payment, check-in, check-out, and other applicable terms shall be communicated during the booking process or in the applicable reservation confirmation.
A reservation shall not be considered confirmed unless and until The Gallery Group or the relevant hotel/property has accepted the reservation and issued an appropriate confirmation through email, booking confirmation, automated confirmation, or another authorised channel.
Any confirmed reservation shall be subject to the applicable booking terms and conditions of the concerned property.
9. PAYMENT & CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY
For reservations requiring payment, the guest agrees to comply with the payment terms communicated at the time of booking.
Where a credit or debit card is used for online booking or payment, the cardholder and guest may be required to provide valid identification and/or card verification at the time of check-in or whenever reasonably requested by the hotel.
The Gallery Group reserves the right to decline, cancel, or require additional verification for a reservation where payment details cannot be validated, where a payment is suspected to be unauthorised or fraudulent, or where applicable payment requirements have not been fulfilled.
Any third-party payment or card usage shall be subject to the applicable payment terms, verification requirements, and policies of the concerned property and payment service provider.
10. RATES, TAXES & CHARGES
All room rates, service charges, taxes, fees, and other applicable charges shall be payable in accordance with the rate and terms communicated at the time of booking.
Government taxes, statutory levies, service charges, or other applicable charges may be imposed or revised in accordance with applicable law.
The Gallery Group reserves the right to correct pricing or other information displayed on the Site where an error, omission, technical issue, or system malfunction has occurred.
Any applicable additional charges shall be communicated to the guest as required.
11. SECURITY & NON-CONFIDENTIALITY
